She is one of the founding partners of the firm and has successfully represented seriously injured clients in numerous areas of the law including many diverse medical fields in both West Virginia and Ohio. Scott Blass graduated with high honors from WVU. In addition to his successful practice in representing people injured by defective products auto collisions and insurance misconduct Scott also has served as vice-president of the Mountaineer Baseball Association for the past several years. Jamie Bordas is a high honors graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a former football team captain and student council president at Wheeling Park. His practice includes diverse areas such as wrongful death defective products insurance misconduct and auto collisions. Jamie is actively involved with local youth organizations serving as a football coach at Wheeling Central and on the Board of Directors of the Wheeling YMCA. Jay Stoneking graduated from WVU College of Law with high honors. He assisted the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals in drafting opinions that became the law in West Virginia and has now utilized that experience in private practice. Jay also serves the Ohio Valley as an ordained minister. Geoff Brown graduated from West Point with distinction and went on to become a First Lieutenant in the United States Army and to complete a tour of duty in Bosnia. He graduated with high honors from Notre Dame Law School and practices in the areas of medical negligence stockbroker misconduct and complex litigation. Jason Causey graduated with high honors from WVU and WVU College of Law. He has also obtained a postgraduate degree in professional accountancy from Clemson University where he attained a perfect 4.0 average. His practice includes unfair lending practices stockbroker misconduct and complex litigation. Chris Heller is a former basketball team captain at Wheeling Park and Bethany College. He graduated with honors from Bethany College and with honors from WVU College of Law. He is a member of a number of local community organizations including the Wheeling Elks and Warwood Vets. His practice includes auto collisions and insurance misconduct. Jeremy McGraw is a native of McGraws West Virginia. He graduated with honors from Concord College where he was a member of the college golf team. He then received his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2006. Jeremy was then employed by the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge John S. Hrko. Chris Regan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he won the Moot Court Competition while in law school. He is a former national high school debate champion and has also served as a naval officer candidate. Chris actively practices in the areas of nursing home negligence insurance misconduct and defective products. Jim Bordas has over thirty five years of experience. Some of his cases have been featured on 60 Minutes and Inside Edition.
